Congratulations to Prof. Ting-Kuo Lee as the President of the Asia Nano Forum(ANF) from 2020 to 2021
Congratulations to Prof. Ting-Kuo Lee as the new President of ANF. ANF is a network organization, founded in May 2004 and now a registered society in Singapore, known as Asia Nano Forum Society, since Oct 2007. The mission of ANF is to promote responsible development of nanotechnology that educationally, socially, environmentally and economically benefits members by fostering the international network collaboration. Prof Lee has been widely recognized in the area of theoretical condensed-matter physics, including being named a Fellow respectively of the American Physical Society, the Institute of Physics in UK, and Physical Society in Taiwan. He was an Elected Academician of Academia Sinica, Taiwan, ROC in 2018. He has been also heavily involved in the development of nanoscience and nanotechnology in Taiwan. He was the General Director of the National Program of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in 2004-2006, and the Innovation and Application of Nanoscience Thematic Program (IANTP) from 2014 to 2017. He also has served as the Director of Academia Sinica Research Program on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from 2004 to 2017. He was as vice president of ANF from 2018 to 2019, he currently is the Chairman of TANIDA (Taiwan Nanotechnology Industry Development Association)
