(2)The antibacterial rate against specific Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli must be higher than 99% before scrub resistance test. (3)Durability (scrub resistance) test：The antibacterial rate against specific Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli must be higher than 90% after scrubbing for 2,000 cycles with 450g sponge. (4)The PII value of skin irritant is less than 2, and there is no abnormality in oral acute toxicity.
